Meet the Team

Tony Becker
Founder & Owner of Toned Body Fitness
Tony grew up in a small town called Two Rivers, WI. It was there that he first discovered his passion for the fitness field. He was an overweight child that topped out at 260 pounds in high school when realizing he had to make a change.
The Transformation
The summer between his sophomore and junior year he went from 260 lbs to 185 lbs by sticking to a strict exercise routine. With this physical transformation of himself and new found confidence, he quickly changed his career path towards the health and fitness field.
Tony graduated from UW LaCrosse with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in nutrition and strength and conditioning. This education was able to bring him all over the United States while he worked with everyone from professional athletes to brand new fitness clients.
Creating Toned Body Fitness
Since bringing his talents to the Milwaukee area, he's been fully engulfed in the health and wellness field for 10+ years. His passion for the field and for his clients' success shines through each and every time he works with clients and trainers.
Tony had an opportunity to start his own business and created Toned Body Fitness, Milwaukee's first and only All-Inclusive health and wellness facility! Don't miss an opportunity to stop in and meet him in person if you're struggling to reach your fitness goals or if you just want to take your training to the next level!

A Journey of Discovery
Zeus has always been curious about the world and other cultures. Coming from a small country (Jordan), it was her dream to travel and find herself. After leaving Jordan and joining the Airline in the United Arab Emirates for 4 years, she was blessed to travel over 70 countries experiencing their culture, food and historical places.
The Far East was her all-time favorite place as she fell in love with the land and their humble people, tasty food and healthy lifestyle. At that time she realized that's what she was looking for - that lifestyle and that peace of mind. That's when she decided to come to America and find her American dream.
Zeus got her yoga training in Boca Raton, FL. She has been teaching private/group yoga classes ever since. As she says, every time she teaches a class she still gets butterflies and a calm, satisfying feeling when she looks at how good she made her students feel. By doing yoga she found the lifestyle she wanted - being strong and feeding the mind with positive energy.

My Approach
I got into the fitness field because I value helping others to feel more confident, reach their goals, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Later in my fitness career, I discovered yoga because I was looking for a low impact, sustainable, and adaptable movement routine.
Practicing yoga has increased my wellbeing, my physical fitness, and flexibility. When I teach a yoga class, I sequence poses in a specific order to provide a safe and effective practice to increase mobility, release tension, and promote full body wellness.
Besides teaching yoga, I love traveling, hiking, kayaking, being a crazy cat lady, and am a total science fiction fan.

- Certified Personal Trainer — American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- CPR/AED/First Aid — American Red Cross
My Journey
I grew up in West Allis, WI where I was always into sports. I tried just about every sport, but found my true passion in basketball. I was fortunate enough to play basketball through the collegiate level at Wisconsin Lutheran College, graduating in 2013 with a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science. I completed my ACE certification in the fall of 2013 and have been a personal trainer for almost 13 years. Being a personal trainer allows me to combine my two passions: fitness and helping people.
Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is very simple: what you put into it is what you'll get out of it. Over my 13 years of experience, I have learned that there is no right or wrong goal. It doesn't matter how big or small your goals are — everybody's goals look different, AND THAT'S A GOOD THING! It is my job as a personal trainer to get to know your goals, injuries, strengths, and weaknesses, and to build a customized program to help you achieve them — as well as teach you how to apply those tools on your own to create a healthier overall version of yourself.
Outside of the Gym
I have been married for almost 10 years, and we have two boys who are 6 and 7 years old! Needless to say, they keep me very busy outside of work! I love spending time with my family, being outside, and cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers!

Education & Certifications
- B.S. in Kinesiology — UW-Milwaukee (first two years at UW-Waukesha)
- ACSM Certified Exercise Physiology Specialist
My Journey Into Fitness
I got into the fitness field while attending WCTC for Firefighting. One of the biggest classes that opened my eyes to prehab was Firefighter Safety and Health. Seeing how as little as one hour a day of cardiovascular exercise could help prevent the leading cause of firefighter deaths — cardiac arrest — changed my direction. I wanted to learn how exercise and proper dieting can help prevent big health issues down the road for people.
My Training Approach
I help clients reach their goals by teaching accurate movement patterns, education, and above all knowing their unique body. My expertise working with various client groups has given me quite the tools and scope of knowledge to help clients achieve and go beyond their goals.
Beyond the Gym
Outside of training, I'm a content creator for various indie and AAA game studios. My wife and I love hiking the gorgeous parks of Wisconsin such as Lions Den, Seven Bridges, and Lapham Peak, among others.
While I still do weight lifting and conditioning, my main focus now is striking and grappling. I attend a great MMA gym and I've loved it since day one. I'm also big into film — I love watching 35mm or 70mm whenever possible and spend any extra free time at the Oriental Theater.

Why I Got Into Fitness
As a collegiate baseball player, fitness and exercise have always been at the core of who I am. From a young age, I developed an understanding of how important health and wellness is, and the role that exercise plays in each of those aspects. Exercise has the power to significantly improve everyone's life — not just their physical health, but also their energy levels, confidence, and overall well-being. I love helping others discover what they're capable of in the gym, and helping them enjoy the process as well.
How I Help Clients Achieve Their Goals
I help clients achieve their goals by meeting them where they are. Creating training programs that fit each person's unique lifestyle, experience level, and individual needs is an exciting and rewarding challenge. I also believe that consistency is more important than perfection, so I try to help people build sustainable habits that they can maintain in the long term. Whether the goal is to lose weight, build strength, or just feel better, I want to support people every step of the way!
Fun Fact
As a kid I was a competitive chess player, participating in both local and national chess tournaments.
